Meetzy is a social platform for organizing and joining outings between individuals (hikes, evenings out, cultural or sports activities…). These terms govern the use of the service by any registered member or visitor.
Registration is reserved for people aged 16 or over. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials confidential and to create only one account. Any account using a false identity may be suspended.
Meetzy is built on trust and kindness. The following are prohibited in particular: harassment, discriminatory remarks, inappropriate content, spam, identity theft and any illegal activity. Reviews between participants must remain constructive and honest.
Outings are organized by the members themselves. Meetzy is not a party to the meetups and cannot be held responsible for incidents occurring during an outing. Each participant remains responsible for their own safety and commitments (costs, attendance, punctuality).
Any member may report inappropriate behavior or block another member. The moderation team reserves the right to remove content, suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these terms, without notice in the event of a serious breach.
Content published by members (photos, descriptions…) remains their property. By publishing it, you grant Meetzy a display license necessary for the operation of the service. Meetzy's brand, logo and interface are protected.
You can delete your account at any time. Meetzy may update these terms; members will be informed of any substantial change. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
